What we collect
When you use an enquiry, grant or lead-capture form, we may collect your name, work email address, company name, company website, country, project description and the answers you provide. Grant forms may also collect your LinkedIn profile, company stage, product details, AI use case, MVP status, user status and capital information.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to an enquiry, assess a grant application or service fit, arrange a call, keep a record of the conversation, and improve how the site works. We do not sell your personal information.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are sent to our CRM in ClickUp. ClickUp holds the details needed for our team to review and follow up on your enquiry. We may also use service providers that host the site and support its operation.
Analytics and local storage
We use Google Analytics 4, Umami and Ahrefs Analytics to understand how people use the site. These services may collect usage, device, browser, referral and page-view information. We also use local storage to remember whether you have completed a Playbook prompt gate and to limit how often a lead-capture agent appears. These settings help prevent repeated prompts.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit a form. You can clear local storage in your browser settings. If you want to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to remove it, email us at bensheppardxyz@gmail.com.
